Our contact email is kongkokpui@gmail.com. This policy covers personal information involved in website enquiries, quotations, orders, account activation and after-sales support.
This website primarily introduces business software services. After a customer submits an enquiry, we separately confirm their requirements and our quotation. Once the customer confirms the order and pays by bank transfer, we activate the account as agreed. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a purchase or consent to unrelated marketing.
2. Information Collection and Use
As needed, we collect the name, contact details, company or organisation name and business requirements you provide, together with order, payment reconciliation, account administrator and support correspondence information. Website operations may generate access, device, error and security logs. Do not submit passwords, complete bank access credentials or unrelated sensitive information through a public form.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and perform contracts, verify payments, activate accounts and provide support, protect security, retain legally required records and resolve disputes. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests subject to an appropriate balancing assessment, or your consent. Consent to nonessential marketing may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Service Providers and Customer Data
This website uses Tencent Cloud for website hosting, and website data is stored in the United States. We provide necessary information only to personnel and service providers whose relevant responsibilities require it for contract performance, or disclose it to authorities as required by law.
Business data you enter into the software is managed separately from website enquiry information. Where personal information is processed on behalf of a customer, the responsibilities of the customer, ourselves and the software provider must be clarified and any necessary data processing agreement put in place before that processing begins. Where international transfer safeguards are legally required, the corresponding mechanism must first be implemented. This policy does not replace those arrangements, and your reading it does not grant us an unrestricted right to use business data.
4. Retention Security and Website Tracking
Information is retained only for a reasonable period necessary for its purposes, except where retention is required by law or to handle disputes. Arrangements for retrieving, retaining and deleting customer business data are confirmed before purchase. We apply security and access controls appropriate to the information and risks, but internet services cannot guarantee absolute security.
Nonessential website tracking or analytics tools that legally require prior consent must not be enabled before valid consent is obtained. If such tools are used, the website must explain their purposes and provide a way to refuse or withdraw consent. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent submission of an ordinary enquiry.

We will reasonably verify identity, handle requests within statutory deadlines and explain any lawful grounds for not fulfilling a request. Policy updates apply from the publication date shown; material changes will be separately notified where required by law.
